El estrés crónico altera el sistema inmunológico, el sistema nervioso y el sistema hormonal, los cuales ya están desregulados en una persona con autismo (McEwen BS, 2017; Yaribeygi H, 2017; Lupien SJ, 2018; Calcia MA, 2016).
Reducir el estrés –y sobre todo incrementar la resiliencia ante el estrés– puede mejorar considerablemente tu calidad de vida y bienestar, y es importante para evitar una mayor desregulación de todos los sistemas del cuerpo.
